Brighton Science Festival

Travelling to events in central Brighton: We recommend taking public transport into the centre of town. Street parking is very limited, although there are several car parks (marked P on brochure map).

Tickets: Buy tickets at and on the door at most events. A booking fee will normally apply. Check carefully. Some drop-in workshops will sell tickets on the door only. Often adults will be expected to participate as well, and therefore to buy a ticket.

Disabled Access: Check the event listings for disabled access. Carers go free. If you require a carers ticket, the option is not always there on the ticketing link. You will be able to attend the event, although it helps us with numbers if you can email us to let us know you’ll be attending.

Age Restrictions: at all events, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ‘Recommended’ ages are given for all events, though you must make your own judgement.

Concessions are sometimes available for under 16s, NHS staff, students, senior citizens (over 60) and the unwaged. Proof of concession may be required when purchasing or collecting tickets.

Tickets by phone: We regret that we are unable to take payment for tickets over the phone. Some venues will have a booking telephone line, and for some events, a limited amount of tickets may be available on the door. We recommend booking online to guarantee entry.
