The Rampion Wind Farm is not the final word in wind technology. Better designs are possible. You could produce the next generation of turbines. Now is your chance to shine!

The challenge is to successfully power up the electrical equipment provided, beginning with an energy-lite buzzer, and ending with a power-hungry radio. As you can see from this amazing  VIDEO, there are a million ways to do it. So far we have experienced only five hundred. Come and learn about the clever ways we can tame the natural forces around us, and create the windmill of your mind.

We will be using hot glue guns, so please dress appropriately!

Dr Jonathan Hare is a multitalented physicist – star of Rough Science – whose Creative Science workshops travel all over the World.
