What’s the connection between superheroes and elements?

Could there be a better way to understand the periodic table?

2019 is being celebrated in the science world because it was 150 years ago that Mendeleev put together the blueprint to life the universe and everything. Join me on a 13.8 billion year journey that starts with the birth of the Universe and ends up with you!

A newly developed pictorial game is designed to give you a deeper understanding of what makes up all matter.

Find out how fiction can become fact and how superheroes are connected to the elements.

What can slow down the speed of light to 38 miles per hour? What was the only element not discovered on earth? Who was made to stand waist deep in water for all of Eternity? What element was discovered in Transylvania and can make you stink of garlic?

These and many more questions will be answered in this talk where chemistry becomes magic and fantasy becomes reality, and in the end you will be left with one very startling conclusion… you are far more special than you could ever have imagined.
