Power Up is a series of workshops for children aged 7-12 during February half term, which will explore how we consume energy and how that affects our planet. Power Up aims to show children how their imagination and creative thinking can make a real difference to the future of our planet.

The two-hour Block Builders workshops enables participants to collaboratively rebuild Brighton using Minecraft, adding wind turbines and solar panels to the interactive maps to enhance awareness and understanding. The children will actively engage with how renewable energy can benefit Brighton and its surrounding environment, showing the importance of energy conservation and efficiency.

Dates: Wednesday – Friday 20 – 22 February

Times: 2:30pm – 4pm

Age Suitability: 7-12

Tickets: £15 per child.

All artists and workshop facilitators are insured and DBS checked. Parents/guardians can drop off participants and pick them up at the end, or wait in the building, but we do have a ‘parent free’ zone during the workshops. Please contact us with any questions.
