In 1977 NASA launched Voyagers 1 and 2 to explore the outer solar system. After their mission was complete, these spacecraft continued into deep space, carrying golden phonograph records which contain sounds and images from Earth.

This show is about the lifeforms who find those records. And whether they decide to reply. Tracey Ullman writer Gemma Arrowsmith performs this sketch show, which charts the best and worst humanity has to offer.
