We’ll be building and learning to program a ‘Hungry Alligator’ robot using Lego Education WeDo kits. Children will work in pairs to assemble the robot then use the visual drag-and-drop software to instruct the robots to move and make sounds! We’ll also learn about the mechanics of motors, sensors, axles and gears in this exciting workshop.

No previous experience is required. Please note, students are unable to take the robotics kits home; parents are invited to view the robots in action and take photos/videos before the end.

Curiosity Hub is an independent, not-for-profit educational organisation based in Brighton, UK. Our unique, expert-led workshops blend Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths (STEAM) to enrich the learning experience. Visit www.thecuriosityhub.com to find out more.
