16th Build Brighton: MP3 player
You’ve got the latest phone, with super-slim design, 4G broadband internet and online video streaming support with all the latest apps and gizmos. What gadget could possibly be cooler? Well how about making your very own music player?
In this five hour workshop we’ll get a freshly soldered audio board actually playing songs and music that have been stored on an external SD card. Using the Arduino platform, we’ll be adding a simple character-based LCD and buttons so you can make your very own portable mp3 audio player. Now what could be cooler than that?
