In conjunction with the Brighton Science Festival, Due South is holding one of their wild nights, themed “Science” . The five course tasting menu will showcase the season’s new produce from local suppliers in an innovative, exciting & delicious way. Deconstructing flavours, tastes & textures, using the latest in cooking technology & technique – this will be an evening of edible theatrical delights.
